Illageriaball is a countryball occupying eastern 
Wisconsinball, 
USAball. He borders 
New Wisconsinball to the west, 
Superiorball and Hipnolandball to the north, Lake Michigan to the east, and American Stateball to the south.
Puppet States
Illageriaball's puppet states are New Wisconsinball and Superiorball because of the Illagerian Revolution overthrowing their Hipnolandball-friendly governments. Illageriaball considers them as friends and has them apart of his organizationball, Anti-Hipnoland Pactball.
Personality
Illageriaball is a protective, yet easily scared fellow, and tries to deal with enemies as peacefully as he can. He's also a softie, and also is traumatized by his past with his neighbors.

It all began in 2023, Americaball controlled all of the territory that would become the four nations ( Illageriaball, Hipnolandball, New Wisconsinball, and Superiorball) until one day... protests for independence began in another U.S. state, and spread around the U.S. like fire, and caused Americaball to collapse into 52 nations (50 states, American Territorial Republic, D.C.)
The Aftermath of the American Collapse
the Wisconsin and U.P. area was severely impacted by this sudden event, especially because America was the global police, and that the economies of both were not doing so well., causing Wisconsinball's collapse, and becoming a dumpster fire of new countries (basically like a north american 
HREball) Old Illageriaball, , Wisconsinball, and Superiorball were part of that dumpster fire of new nations. Old Illageriaball made a swift move to conquer some land on the Wisconsin coast, but was threatened by Hipnolandball beginning to take over land by it. Soon after, Hipnolandball formed a pact with Wisconsinball and UPball, threatening Old Illageriaball's independence. Hipnolandball then declared war on Old Illageriaball, causing the Hipnolandi Invasion of Old Illageriaball (Hipnolandi-Illagerian War) Old Illageriaball was swiftly captured, forcefully becoming Southeast Hipnolandball, and most of his old land was taken away from him through the Treaty of Madison.
The Brutal 
Hipnolandi Occupation (
Southeast Hipnolandball)
Note: This chapter will take a darker tone than the other chapters, so please know that before reading any further.
Life under occupation was terrible for the common Southeast Hipnolandi. The food was taken away for the rest of Hipnoland and allies, inflation was very high, poverty was skyrocketing, and the population suffered from other things the Hipnolandi occupation brought, such as experiments on the people to turn them into brainwashed soldiers who would obey everything the Hipnolandi occupiers said for them to do. Elections happened once every 2 years, but were usually rigged in favor of the occupation zone Supreme Leader, often by murder or imprisonment. The Southeast Hipnolandis ( Illagerians) longed for a better life, and soon that would happen for them.
The Illagerian Revolution
A sudden election in [insert generic year after 2023 here] brought the rise of the Freedom of the Southeast Party (FSP) and it's promise to liberate Southeast Hipnoland from Hipnoland's iron fist. It won by a landslide, but the hipnolandi government deemed it as fake, and ignored it, keeping the dictator in power. Illagery, the FSP's canidate, was not too happy with that discision that Hipnolandball did, and took matters into their own hands. Illagery ordered the FSP supporters to stage a protest against the "fake" election and to give Southeast Hipnolandball independence once more. Shocked by the news, Hipnolandball was furious about the protests in Southeast Hipnolandball, and declared martial law in the territory. This enraged the people of Southeast Hipnoland, who punishshed him severely with a nationwide revolution, destroying protographs of the dictator and burning Hipnolandi and Southeast Hipnolandi flags. The governments of Wisconsinball, Hipnolandball, and UPball declared war on the protesters, and BOY would that be a terrible idea. 
Minnesotaball, who was nearby the formerly united Wisconsin, decided he would help the protesters, and 
Canada did, too. The two started supplying the revolutionaries, and the first battles began to commense.
The Battles and Reliberation
At first, Hipnolandball's pact won many battles, such as ones at Superior and Eagle River, but Minnesotan-Canadian naval invasions to the Door Peninsula and the opening of a third front gave the Minnesotans and Canadians an advantage, as the Hipnolandi forces had to spread out more, and shrunk the ammount of soldiers in those areas. Hipnolandball began to try and supply File:Quebec-icon.png Quebecball rebels, but failed after Canadaball found that out after imprisoning a few of the File:Quebec-icon.png Quebec rebels. The Canadians were enraged and then sent ALL of their forces to the fronts. Canadaball ain't sorry no more! :) Back on the Revolutionary front, the Revolutionaries were keeping the Hipnolandi's out for a while, but as a few of the forces were taken to the Peninsula front, the Revoltionaries made a daring (and yet suicidal) offensive into hipnolandi soil, reaching closer and closer to Madison, the capital of Hipnoland. Many losses trailed behind them, but they kept going. Hipnoland's ally, the U.P. surrenders to the forces of Canadaball and Minnesotaball, and Wisconsinball fell next. Hipnolandball then stood alone against enemies. All that stands now is Madison. Mass bombings of the city are frequent. Finally, allied forces break through the gates of the city, swarm the government office, and imprison them. The government surrenders. Southeast Hipnolandball is liberated, and takes on the name 'New Hipnolandball' temperarilly until he thinks of a name. Wisconsinball and U.P.ball were reduced in land, and got free new governments (turns out they were puppet governments lol)!!! Hipnolandball was also reduced alot, and New Hipnolandball got alot of free land from him.
The "Grace Period" of Self-Rule
The Illagerians finally had their own state free of any rivals in the region. Now, it was the opposite from when they were under the rule of Hipnolandball, and Illagery, the 1st President of New Hipnolandball ( Illageriaball) was going to make the most of it, and to help their citizens be as happy as they can. That would change soon, because 
Door Countyball revolted against New Hipnolandball, beginning a civil war. Door Countyball became the 
Union of Greater New Hipnolandball (UGNHball), and was funded by Hipnolandball (must have been salty after New Hipnolandball became independent.) UGNHball was killed and transformed back into Door Countyball after the Civil war ended. After the Civil War ended in [insert generic date after 2023 here], Illagery took a vacation to Isle Royale for a while, which lead New Hipnolandball to a chaotic period.
Dictatorship After Democracy
While Illagery was gone, a pro Hipnolandic Coup d'etat occured in New Hipnolandball's clay, and made him go ultranationalistic. Coup'd New Hipnolandball forced all of his citizens to surrender their food and belongings to the new Military "Supreme Leader" to make sure their stuff is "protected" from "stealing". That was a lie. The Supreme Leader kept all the stuff to himself, and left the citizens to rot. Protests began because of that. To stop them, the Supreme Leader ordered the national forces to KILL the protesters. Surely that would help, right? Nope. Another civil war began, and the military dictatorship resigned from power, giving an excuse for Illagery to return back to New Hipnolandball.
Illagery's Return
Illagery returns to New Hipnolandball, yay. After the return of Illagery, the National Congress of Illageriaball held a referendum on changing the nation's name to Illageriaball and it was a success with over 79% of the voters saying yes. The Illagerians were also glad that Illagery came back to save them from the Coup, as the coup had caused many illagerians to go into poverty.

Even after you fled to Isle Royale for a year (for a vacation, I'm supposing) I kept prospering (for a while. Dang dictatorship ruined everything,) and named myself after you. Thank god you came back after the overthrowing of the dictatorship.
USAball / American Stateball - My grandfather. He was pretty cool until he "died" and I'm glad he's alive again.
Wisconsinball - My father. Not to be confused with my

Polyachiaball - yet another new province. Not much to do there except visit flag stores and resturaunts that sell cheese curds for 1 dollar.
Racine-Kenoshaball - he is basically like

Tahteriaball - he doesnt do much except read. what a nerd
Talistoliaball - he likes horror stuff. Horror movies, horror books, horror video games, you name it. Sometimes he wears a skull mask and tries to kill Vrakatia, but it never works.
Toslaniaball - he got severely injured just before he became a province. Now he wears an eyepatch. sometimes he takes it off and shows his hurt eye, which became this cyan like color that i saw New Wisconsin have for both of his eyes. Weird..
Vrakatiaball - Another long province. He gets hunted down by Talistolia sometimes.
Cities
Milwaukeeball - my capital, and he's got alot of people, alright. He is also a bit crime ridded, but he gets over it easily.
Green Bayball - he has the Green Bay Packers. I love watching him win against the other NFL teams.
Madisonball - she used to be the capital of 
my father until he died. I take good care of her so she doesn't be sad.
Racineball - one of my twin cities. He doesnt do much though.
Kenoshaball - also a twin city. He experienced protests in 2020 or something, way before i even existed. Ill help you recover.

the answer is very - Illageria wasnt actually going to have puppet states at first, but becaude i just wanted to do it at one time, i just implimented it into the illageriaverse.
- In some alternate future of the USA series that wasnt published (also by me), Illageria was actually supposed to be in
Kentucky before i eventually made him in Wisconsin.
