Smaragdine Empireball is a ceiling fan state of Poopistanball located south of SCUM Padliaball. She is part of the Eastern Poopistan region, along with Padliaball, the 
Southeastern Tribes, 
South Statelessball, 
Eastern States and Territories, 
Totally Not My Houseball, the southern part of 
Nether Villageball (
Northern Emeraldiaball), and the 
Southern Archipelago.

This section uses translations in both Latin and Cyrillic. Any translation talking about a date before the year 2015 will be in Latin, as the Cyrillic script was not official in Smaragdine-speaking regions before then.
Early Smaragdine history goes back to the 9th century. In 804, the Republic of Emeraldiaball (Reȿublika da Emeraldija) was founded in the outskirts of Citta da Sma'ragdꜿaball. The republic quickly conquered the entire island, as it was still mostly uninhabited. In 817, Emeraldian naval forces landed on the southern coast of Padliaball, which had previously been explored by Emeraldian settlers. The final time the republic gained land was in 823, when Emeraldian soldiers took over the southern coast of mainland Poopistan. The Smaragdine settlements in the area expanded further north and still have a distinct identity from the rest of the local people, with the region now being known as "Northern Emeraldia"ball.
In 2005, the island of Smaragdyn established a formal government and declared de-facto independence as the Empire of Smaragdynball (Эмпира да Смарагдын), which was later changed to Smaragdine Empireball (Смаꚜрагдска Эмпира).
On August 10th, SG officially joined Poopistanball. Its status changed multiple times, eventually being de-facto the same as a normal state. Currently, SG has more autonomy than any other state or territory in .
In 2023, the Padlian military invaded the province 
Veȼa Smaragdyn (then called Sma'ragdꜿa Padliha), which has a large Padlian community. This invasion was unsuccessful however, and the Padlian military was kicked out after about three months.
On April 4th, 2107, following the Unionist Attack on 
Novoburgtangle, SG, as well as the rest of eastern Poopistanball broke away from Poopistanball and declared independence as the 
Federative Socialist People's Republic of Cisyinminball (Фэдэративи Социялисти Волкарэспублика Цисйиминие), which would reunite with Poopistan just two days later.
