Are fictional countries from existing franchises allowed?

• By that I mean not necessarily made up by the one who made the page. Let's say Belka from "Ace Combat", or even Oceania from "1984". Is this allowed as long as their origin is cited? KaiSmithMiraheze (talk) 17:17, 27 April 2024 (UTC)
