Before the russians arrived, attu and kiska remained uninhabited until 1732 when the russians arrived and all of alaska clay.
Russian Rule
During its russian rule people were making towns for population and refugee homes for the homeless people to improve economy. The first city "Maningasball" was created in 1766 but was still in township status
American Rule
In 1867 alaska was transered to usa. Maningasball becomes a city the year after alaska purchase The capital city "Akkiball" was created in 1898. In 1899 most of the refugee camps were destroyed, But the month after it refugee camps were recreated.
Independence
In the day of May 28 1902,It became independent. And when it was independent it had 27,164 people. In ww1 attu and kiska stood neutral until the last 5 months of ww1 in the entente side which tried to attack germany with navy army. In 1922 they lost a lot of people due to sickness and cold which dropped the population 96,017 to 94,112. In the great depression it had many people unemployed and restaurants only in the country were bulldozed and rufegee camps were destroyed again. In ww2 it tried to invade Kuril Islands but the ships and carriers were sank by Japan. The Japanese Empire anschlussed its clay for one day in June 6 until the United States liberated him at 1943. It was able to attempt to invade Kuril Islands at 1944. In 1957 HOORAY ITS 100,000 people day. In 1967 a violent typhoon hit attu and lost 154 people dropping the population with 100,654 to 100,501. in 1989 Attu and Kiska got an dispute with Tanaga Islands but in 1992 it was resolved now the Muricaball owns all of them. In 2014 Attu and Kiska was angered to see Russia invading Crimea which belonged to 
Ukraine because they were friends. In 2022 in the Russo-Ukrainian war it joined the side against Russia despite being friends. In Dec 2022 Attu invaded the Komandorski Islands and it ended on Feb 19 2023, changing the IDL.
