These countries are 
Communist. Depending on what forms of communism, it either requires a strong state to redistribute land to the poor, or an libertarian society where the people have the freedom to roam in a socialist society. They all believe that Capitalism is an evil idealogy that exploits the poor and underdeveloped, in the Marxist socialist sense that the people should rise and rebuild society to hand out free education, free handouts, free stuff, free opportunities, and confiscate land from the bourgeois.
