SATOball, offically the Southern Atlantic Treaty Organizationball, was a proposal by File:Muammar Gaddafi-icon.png Muammar Gaddafi, the dictator of the historical File:Gaddafi Libya-icon.png Libyan Arab Jamahiriyaball, to establish an Atlantic organization in the southern hemisphere. It follows the concept of the Third Internation Theory.
This organization would mainly focus on South Americas and 
Africa, as these continents were heavily exploited by both colonialists, Gaddafi and Maduro agreed on. However this would include countries that are against imperialism and the Alantic policy as "non member allies".
Concepts
SATOball roots it's existance back to the African-South America summit on 2009, which was comprised on 
Venezuelaball's clay. On September 28 2009, the alliance was created as a response to the growing influence of Neoconservatism in the global planet. Venezuelaball in the same meeting had planned to strengthen their trade with the African countryballs, so SATOball would be a economic alliance that exports oil across the Atlantic sea from both continents.

What would happen?
The alliance is anti-imperialist, so whatever NATOball does stuff except SATOball to instantly stop them. Unless it's not a ally, SATOball would give weapons and aid, and then military intervention if the country is at high threat of getting coup d'etat!
Of course for this alliance to continue functioning, File:Muammar Gaddafi-icon.png Gaddafi would have to stay alive, meaning the members of SATOball would have to team up in a future invasion against Tripoli.
Miltary Policy
It would places "safety" troops in its members cities, an example would be SATOball deploying peacekeeppers and foregin military in Nicaragua and Cuba from Venezuela because of 2009 Honduran coup, fearing that the coups could succeed further into Central America and the Caribbean.
Tripoli will also be heavily guarded because how close it is to the NATO countries. It will appect aid from Russia and China because both are strong countries with NATO hates very much. This led to SATO befriending the two countries.
