East Turkestanball, officially the East Turkestan Republicball, or Uyghurstanball is a countryball that gained independence from Chinaball thanks to the exiled government's successful takeover of the former Xinjiang Uyghur autonomous region. Some parts of it is claimed by File:India-icon.png Indiaball as Shaksgamball and Aksai Chinball. In recent decades, the extremist independence group, East Turkestan Islamic Party, has continued its path of violence within the region.
History/ئۇنىڭ تارىخى
East Turkestanball was born as a 
2ball. The first inhabitants were by Indo-European File:Tocharians-icon.png Tocharianballs, an 
Iranic group as well as some 
Scythianballs. They spoke Tocharian languages which originated from the Tarim Basin. Later though, File:1-icon.png 1ball Turks and Chinese killed off the Tocharian people and their languages (however Tocharian mummies are still being found to this day) and colonized the region. This is the beginning of East Turkestan. Many Chinese dynasties that controlled the Tarim got rich because it was connected to the Silk Road.
The Uyghurs used to live in Mongoliaball, but after having their home invaded by Yenisei Kyrgyzball, they had to relocate down to Xinjangball. The Kingdom of Qochoball being a rump state of what was once the Khaganate, was overshadowed by the File:Kara-Khanid-icon.png Kara-Khanidball and File:Qara Khitai-icon.png Qara Khitaiball. Later, 
Mongols invaded File:Qara Khitai-icon.png Qara Khitaiball and the rump vassal.
Afterward, the Uyghurs underwent being part many dynasties of the File:Chagatai Khanate-icon.png Chagatai Khanateball into later falling into the hands of File:Dzungar Khanate-icon.png Dzungar Khanateball. Deposing the File:Chagatai Khanate-icon.png House of Chagatai, File:Dzungar Khanate-icon.png Dzungar Khanateball wasn't too kind to the Uyghurs and enslaved them. Tried to this, Uyghurball helped the File:Qing-icon.png Qingball conquered the File:Dzungar Khanate-icon.png Dzungar Khanateball in 1755. File:Qing-icon.png Qingball's ethnic cleansing took upon many lives of the File:Dzungar Khanate-icon.png Dzungars. File:Moghulistan-icon.png Kumul Khanateball was a vassal to the File:Qing-icon.png Great Qingball.
in the 19th century, File:Qing-icon.png Qingball started to grow unstable due to rebellions by the Han Chinese. This was no exception to East Turkestanball (oddly). In 1862 Hui Chinese rebelled against File:Qing-icon.png Qingball. Kashgarball rebelled 3 years after, and was backed by foreign powers. Both rebellions were defeated at the year of 1877. In 1884, it was updated from a military zone to a province. The name "Xinjiang" means "New front".
In the 1930s, 
Chinaball abolishes the File:Moghulistan-icon.png Kumul Khanateball and encourages the settlement of Han Chinese to Xinjiangball to assilimiate the native Uyghurs. This led to the Uyghurs slaughtering the population. A series of battles and seperatist uprisings followed, until 
USSRball invades to set up a puppet government in Xinjiang until the 1940s. It failed twice when tried to become independent from Chinaball because it never cared about its feelings and oppressed them. After PRCball killed its parent ROCball, Chinaball started to care about Xinjiangball's feelings...
Xinjiangball is a poor place, and Chinaball is doing its best to make it rich, such as the establishment of Kashi City SEZ. Chinaball also founded Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps (XPCC) to invest in the region. Despite Xinjiangball having autonomy status, lots of Uyghurballs are not able to endure the suffering of temporary poverty and choose to be independent.
After many terrorist attacks in 2014 by the File:Turkistan Islamic Party-icon.png Turkistan Islamic Partyball and ISISball groups, in 2017, Chinaball built Xinjiang internment camps to round up all Uyghurs having a connection to the terrorist organization. It has been said that Uyghurs have been treated poorly and has even resulted in Uyghurs exiling to other countries such as File:Turkey-icon.png Turkeyball. Uyghurs and Jihadists who want to be independent have clashed with Chinaball many times. This is another topic - Xinjiang Conflict.
Which the notice of this treatment, foreign powers started supporting Uyghur separatists. Like in 
Afghanistanball, the Uyghurs free themselves from the Chinese communist party, and the CCP is forced to realize this, yet not recognizing the declaration of East Turkestanball.
The new state in Central Asia will become a republic, there was a backfired coup to make it an theocratic state. This instability led to a transition that implemented a dictatorship.
Chinese projects (ex: Heruo Railway) slowly withdrew from the country. As horrible China was to the Uyghurs, they invested in many projects to secure Xinjiang from Islamism and to get that sweet oil Murica couldn't have. Now, the Turkistan Islamic Party were quick to expand to other territories, launching bombs against the cities Chinese once put their work to. Because of this, the transitional state is forced to seize oil fields and projects not yet taken by the CCP, and the population is forced to grow food nonstop. In fact, all aid is to be transported from the Silk Road because the geography is as crappy as Afghanistan.

It is very enthusiastic about visitors no matter what nationality they are. It also likes to share its sweet grapes and watermelons.
It also has PTSD because of the experience in PRCball time. PRCball left a shadow in its heart. On the bright side, it is a normal, gratefulball and he loves life, at this side, but on the other side, it is upset of the past.
It is adamant and optimistic because even in such a difficult situation, it can still be optimistic and strong to face the pain disease bring in this case. Its opinion is divided into 2, that is Han pro-PRC and Uyghur pro-Turkestan because both ethnicities make up about 40 percent of East Turkestan's population.
